James has been involved with IT in both education and private markets for nearly 20 years across the Kansas City metro. Being driven to provide customer service and an all-inclusive IT solution, James began Heartland Macs in 2012 and has helped the company grow ever since.

A father to Ethan (a future Heartland Macs star), he enjoys golf, music, being involved at church and is a soccer enthusiast.

James is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has lead Heartland Macs in multiple giving campaigns across the metro, including to the St. Jude Foundation, United Way and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
One of his favorite motto’s is every problem has a solution.

Bob Poirier started with Heartland Macs in 2014, and has been in the tech industry for 20+ years. Bob’s experience includes working with home and businesses users, and has worked with mainframe systems, and in an enterprise environment. He enjoys working one on one with customers and helping them feel comfortable with their technology. Bob lives in Liberty with his wife and daughter, and enjoys camping, and gardening and landscaping.

Joined Heartland Macs in August of 2018. Steve has been working in the Tech industry for over 14 years as a Technical Consultant specifying in hardware and software support for individuals and large companies. He enjoys watching companies thrive with new technologies. Steve was born and raised in the Kansas City Area and enjoys spending his free time on the lake when he can. "

Tristan has been with the company for over a year and continues to deliver great customer service and excellent solutions tailored to each client. He is very friendly and prides himself on his attention to detail and problem solving skills. Tristan is from the Kansas City area, loves to play soccer and spend time with his family.

Anthony Bickimer joined Heartland Macs in 2019.  Anthony has been working in the tech industry for 13 years, primarily within the realm of web development, marketing, and enterprise technical support. He enjoys helping companies grow with technology.

Anthony is from the Kansas City area and enjoys playing basketball and golf in his spare time.

Aubree has been with the company since 2020 as Heartland Mac's Office Manager. Her diverse experience in business development, market research, and strategic management, prepared her to provide exceptional support for our team and clients. Her warm personality, combined with her passion, vision and drive has been an excellent fit for Heartland Macs mission of providing superior IT support.
